Welcome to Aetheio. By accessing or using our services—including Project Cedar and any integrated mobile or web platforms—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are a binding agreement between you and Aetheio Private Limited ("Aetheio", "we", "us", or "our"), a private company registered in Bangladesh.
1. Platform Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. To register for Project Cedar, you must specify your grade/class and your official Bangladeshi education board (NCTB matching system). Account sharing is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach safety configurations or demonstrate abnormal query loads.
2. Payments, bKash Billing, and Token Costing
Aetheio uses a **pay-as-you-go** credit framework alongside structured local monthly allocations to make software services affordable without dollar payment cards:
- bKash Merchant Billing: Balance top-ups, API credits, and Cedar premium packages are purchased directly using the local **bKash** gateway. All local transactions are final, and refunds are issued solely under local consumer protection laws.
- Usage Gatekeeping (checkUsageLimit): Every AI inference call or document generation is monitored by our Usage Gatekeeper. Requests are analyzed for expected input lengths before being approved, protecting your platforms and personal balances.
- Actual Cost Deductions: Following every successful API generation, we read the exact `prompt_tokens` and `completion_tokens` reported by the underlying LLM proxy. Costs are calculated and deducted from your credit balance in real-time, preventing billing overruns.
- Promo Codes: Structured access codes or promo code rewards can be validated against our Firestore dynamic indexes. Secondary sales or trading of promo codes is strictly prohibited.
3. Intelligent Intellectual Property
The technology behind Aetheio's specific educational tools, including the **Curriculum Context Lock** mechanism, the interactive past SSC/HSC Board Exam question bank solvers, and the bespoke serverless cloud proxy shields, represent proprietary assets belonging exclusively to Aetheio Private Limited. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access our platform solely for educational or professional purposes.
4. Disclaimers of Warranties
While we build Aetheio around rigorous academic syllabus indices, our AI-powered tutors and workplace tools generate automated responses based on statistical inferences. We do not guarantee that AI-suggested solutions (such as exam formats or professional outlines) are completely free from error or will assure passing marks in official examinations. All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
